Do you really know what antioxidant is?

Admit it, most of us are somehow attracted with anti-oxidants-claimed products. Nevertheless, do we really have a clear idea on what it is?

Before we go further, let’s start with what antioxidant is built for. Chemical reactions take place in our body every day. From this reaction, free radicals are the by-product. Just like when we workout or exercise, our sweat is one of the by-products of metabolic process that happened in our body.

Antioxidants can be found in vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, potatoes and carrots. When antioxidant resources must be constantly restored in the body. This can be done by regular intake of antioxidants rich foods.
